I'm looking for a 1-week package deal with accommodation, food and guide.
If my non-mountain biker girlfriend could join, that would be a bonus.

Used to be a company called Bike Greece, based near Athens, which provided some fantastic tours. Seemed not to trading nowadays.

Neilson are a good bet- lots to do if you’re a non biker too! Varied ability groups go at different time, food and accommodation are good.

Excellent for non riding folks as well. Just need to pick the right resort, perhaps looking at something she'd like to do as well. Vass for windsurfing, Sivota for waterski/wakeboard, for example.
