Ignoring the obvious "don't drink as much last night", in 90 mins time I'm going for a birthday lunch with my inlaws. However, I enjoyed celebrating said birthday with friends last night and I am not feeling as sharp as I should be. Anyone got any quick cures?!?!
Edit, sorry mods, this clearly needs moving to chat, apologies.

Go, PSP22, Rego etc.
Combine with a bacon butty for instant normality.
Pint of water, pop an electrolyte tablet in there - bosh.
Works every time for me. *two thumbs*
On a morning like this, a fast blast on ya bike.
On a coast to coast last year we got a bit carried away on the last night - eight hour drinking session ' til early hours. Next morning was beaut and sunny, big breakfast, lot's of liquid and out on the bike. On the first hill it was 50:50 whether I made or collapsed by the side of the track in a hell of sweat and puke - just about cleared it, but from that point on was fine!
Alka-seltzer for the tummy(might make you puke, which helps).
Couple of cans of coke or lucozade for the sugar and caffine,.
And some alcohol. Helps kick start the liver into working
again.
normal electrolyte/carb sports drink like high5, SIS whatever. 2 ibuprofen. then continue drinking lots of milk water whatever.
Bacon sandwich and a good poo usually sorts me out...
High 5 Zero tablets
Hmm, I've got some caffeinated Nuun tablets, that might be a start. Ibuprofen is a given, a cheeky espresso may help as well.
Fried egg on a wagon wheel...washed down by a nuun...
A banana and strawberry smoothie sorts me out.
Fried egg on a wagon wheel
This sounds like the most fabulous thing ever. Where do you put the bacon though?
Water down fresh orange juice about 5 parts water to 1 orange. Add a pinch of salt.

The bacon is liquidised and added to the cherry flavoured nuun...add Worcester sauce and a shot of Malibu to aid digestion....
+1 for psp22 and rego
Sunny delight always sorted me or more booze.
From memory the booze causes the release of some chemicals that prevent the release of others that make you feel ill. That's what my dad told me ๐ not very sceintific explanation but when I looked it up it had truth in it.
Very small amount of alcohol ( stronger the better). Followed by any of these ^^^^ ๐
Don't take your ibuprofen on an empty stomach.
Oxygen was my flying instructor's cure of choice. Helps if you've got a Hercules with it on tap.
Dip in the water if you're near the coast. Cold shower if not.
That really is instant normal.
vitamin B, coca cola and shortbread.
