I was looking for a not too expensive full face to take to the Alps that I could wear for all day rides. I have a Belltastic one which is fine but I would not want to wear it all the time. Are they all generally hot or does it make a difference in the model?
I got a Mace lid off CRC for last year. Twoz ok and better than the cheap Azionic I had the previous year.
Vents are the key of course. My head boiled in the Azionic one.
I went for the Spesh Deviant for exactly the same reasons, ie a trip to the Alps.
Performed very well and noticably cooler and better ventilated than others I have tried.
I seen a Specialized one on offer at uk bikestore cant remember name but that seemed to have numerous vents on it.
Couldn't see any Specialized helmets on Uk Bike store.
