Hi Chaps,

Being a bit forward-planning with this one, I'm looking to mix things up a bit and keep training through the winter - so looking to do some cyclo-cross racing.

Has anyone got recommendations on Cyclo-cross bikes?

cheers chaps

Ricks

Crosslight was top on my list at the moment, had a Maxlight XcPro3... until I sold it to Dave B to ride The Hobbit's Tale, lovely handling bike.

if i wanted to race i wouldn't get steel, for bang for your buck you can't go far wrong with them Kinesii, although the Specialized Crux is good for a grand

I've had a Jake the Snake Cross bike for 5 years now. Brilliant bike, light, stiff, full 105 groupset, easton tubing (not sure the new versions have this though) room for mudguards and rack mounts. really versatile, used it for touring, sportives and commuting.

Wife has just bought a Cube X-race. £999 with full 105 groupset, easton wheels and carbon fork. It's alos black and red, the fastest colours according to her...
