Not sure if the bb is included, but these are the cheapest you will find without buyin proper cheap/weak rubbish..

Buy an SLX Double with bash setup (stronger arms cos of reinforced pedal threads) and just sell the bash and the chainrings on here.
Or pick up a set of SLX/XT arms on their own 2nd hand.
