I've got a hydrapack big sur and it's pretty good- bite valve not quite upto camelbak standards but reservoir reversible for drying and plenty of room to lose stuff.

Try some of the Camelbak ones: however be careful with fit, my Missus bought me one for my birthday, but sadly it came from their walking range. It has wider & stiffer shoulder straps than my old Mule, and TBH I think it will be really uncomfortable on longer rides (when I get some fitness back).
