Time for a new chain, does anyone have any reccomendations for good chains?

This will be used on the singlespeed commuter, riding through significant mud and up offroad hills twice a day, so I tend to get through 2-3 chains each winter so this needs to be at the cheaper end of things, but maybe the KMC S1 I used last time is a bit too cheap&nasty (then again at £4 it doesn't need to last long)

sram PC1 nickel - £9 is best price you normally get them for and they last long enough for me to keep buying them (5000 miles of no washing/being covered in gloopy grease).

Just seconds ago I bought these from CRC, which are only £5 if one buys three. The tinternet suggests that they are pretty good for a fiver. NB: 3/32

I got some SS stuff for xmas and I'm now on a mission to convert

I don't get on with SRAM PC1 chains, they stretch too much and wear too quickly. I think KMC do the best singlespeed chains. I run the Z610s, last for ages and only cost £12

Gusset badger

Best I have found for shifting my bulk on a SS without stretching every ride
