The rebound adjuster on my TALAS is just catching the downtube.
Can I put something under the crown race to stop this? If so, what?

chris king do a 5mm base plate/crown race if you have a CK

depending on how close it is, wind or more rebound.

What headset is it? Can you get a deeper bottom cup?
I think you can for the Hope 1.5 Step Down headset.

Then a carefully place bronze hammer blow to the down tube. serious had a mate do it to his nomad work a treat.
