Should I get my 07 reba races serviced or buy some 2010 Sid teams from Merlins (£369!! and in white ooooh..) what do 2nd hand rebas get nowadays?
If your light and race then the sids are for you, if you are on the heavy side or just ride trails then stick with the Reba IMO.
The 2010 SIDs are meant to be stiffer than the 07 Rebas, Power Bulges in the lowers and what not...
It'll probably cost you more going for the SIDs compared to servicing Rebas, but the SIDs will be nicer!
I got SID teams last year and love em, and I am not particularly light (just under 12st), I also mainly ride trail centers and the odd bit of natural XC.
I did upgrade from manitou splice though so anything would have been an improvement!!
I'd get the 2010's for the improved damping alone.
