I have a set of Fox 32 Float Fit RL 120mm forks at the moment which are away to Mojo for a warranty repair.
When they come back I'm considering selling them and getting a set of Rebas probably from Merlin.
They need to be 120mm travel, 15mm axel and taper steerer to match what I have at the moment.

Are the Rebas likely to be either on a par or better than the Foxes? I know the service intervals on the Rebas are longer but are they more reliable?
Any improvement from 2012 to 2013 models or just cosmetic?

If I went for a set of Rebas are the RLTs worth the extra over the RLs, I tend to set them roughly at what I think will work and never change them so not into constantly fiddling with rebound, compression etc.

I have just got a set of 120mm 2014 Reba RL's, with the tapered steerer and 15mm axle. Pretty impressed so far and every bit as good as the old Fox 32's I had on FS bike earlier in the year. Suggests you try and get crown lockout version as the poplocs can be unreliable.

I had a set of 2010 Sid on my hardtail before I bought my FS and really rated them. The were crown lockout as are my Foxes which would be the preferred option as I like the uncluttered cockpit now I'm running 1 x 10.
Thing is there's nothing wrong with the Fox forks but they started creaking after just over a year's light usage so thinking going back to RockShox might be a good option.
