[Closed] Rear wheel alignment

Just noticed on my new frame tonight that the rear wheel seems to sit more to the left than the right.

Before I assume the frame is misshaped, is there any chance it could be anything else - possibly that I've installed incorrectly or that needs adjusting?

Strange thing is the brake disc is on the side that looks too close to the frame - but it sits in the calliper perfectly.

Sounds like incorrect wheel dishing to me but without further info i could be talking utter rollocks.

Turn the wheel around the other way(you may need to remove the cassette or brake caliper to fit), if it still sits to the same side then it's frame related, if it sits to the opposte side then the wheel's out of dish and needs re-dishing.

Check the dishing of the wheel or try another wheel you know to be right.
Also check that the axel is sat right in the dropout, assuming it's a QR, sometimes the paint can be a bit thick to allow them to sit in fully

Run a taut string from rear dropout, round headtube to other rear dropout. Then measure seat tube to string measurement on both sides. It should be the same, if not frame is wonky or asymetrical by design.

Probably just dishing. Turn the wheel around to test or try another wheel.
