If you're having trouble unscrewing the can I bought a large boa strap wrench thing when mine was stuck. Worked a treat when nothing else would.

Can you reassemble and ride meanwhile if you get a place in a couple of weeks?
Last time I checked TFT was 2-3 weeks before they had a slot....

Havent used him yet but Dave @ rsf suspension specialist in Plymouth seems to be the go to for most riders in Devon and Cornwall.
Only heard good things from everyone who mentions him. Takes posted work.

If it's loosing air then it may be the valve, remove it and fit one out of an old inner tube to see if that cures the problem

Have you tried removing the valve and putting a few CCs of fork oil in the air chamber? That may help worn seals as an emergency fix while you decide what to do.

Rick @ Slick n Slide, Macclesfield, has sorted me out on more than one occasion. Turn around is 2-3 days usually.

I had this with my monarch plus, one of the volume bands had blocked the air transfer port so when you let the air out of the shock the outer sleeve stayed pressurised. The air can sleeve would turn with a bit of grunt, but won't slide down. I got Jake at Sprung to do it, it took 20 minutes of him and Sam hanging off it in the end.

J tech have always been good when I've used them and often have less of a wait compared to some of the others.
