I've just had a new Rockshox Monarch sent to me as a warranty replacement of my old one that broke.

What torque do I need to use on the bolts that mount it to the frame ?

Look for an online manual for the bike/frame mate. They will tell you. Mines 12 nm from memory but probably varies from bike to bike.
