Does anyone know what the part circled below is called, and if they're available as spares? Bought a secondhand mech recently and it's not got this bit which is fairly fundamental.

Thanks. Hopefully seller still has it somewhere, that's nearly as much as the mech cost.
Someone on here is likely to have (several) knackered mechs where that part is OK.
It may not have been sold with that part. The "Direct Mount" standard does away with it as that bit is effectively built into the mech hanger.

It's the bit you remove if you have a direct mount mech. Your LBS might have some knocking around.
