Is there anything better than a Fenderbot that also fits onto a set of SKS (or similar) mudguards?

It's a neat idea but looking at the video on the pdw page the actual LED perhaps seems a bit feeble... I would be tempted to find a way to mount a plain old 1/2w smart or similar to the rear of the guard maybe...

Not found one. I had an old cateye that was heavier and brighter. I use the Fenderbot as a backup light. It's not bright but is pretty visible to be honest.

Yeah, having actually sold these in the past, they're not too bad but not up to the same level as something like a Cherrybomb. Some sort of angled adapter is certainly an option.

That looks like just the thing for my CX commuter, paired with the flare rear light flashing away. Now to find it in stock somewhere.

My Bluemels had a Smart light araldited to it, perfect. Til the end broke off the guard ๐Ÿ™
