i recently bought a Cotic Flare and as it’s so great I’ve treated it to a new downtube decal. To remove the shock do I just let the air out and unscrew the two bolts from the frame? Putting back just a case of reversing this?

Silly question I know, but if you don’t ask you’ll never know.

Yes, pretty much. Easier if you let the air out, but since you aren't taking the shock apart it's not going to explode or anything. Then it's just Allen keys to remove the bolts at one end. I unscrew one a few turns then give it a tap to push the other end out. Repeat a few times then by the time you've removed one bolt you can just pull the other out. Fitting is indeed just the reverse. There really isn't much that can go wrong #famouselastwords

Yes, but you'll also have to tap out the little silver bushing once you've unthreaded the bolts. Comes out easy enough.

Or use the method above, which is probably even easier.
