Is someone going to do something fancy with the data - graph or something?

5’9

457mm on an FS Bird Aether 7

Was 432mm on a ht Vitus Sentier but waiting on a Marino to arrive with 445mm (still ht).

Short ish arms vs height so I know I don’t want much longer reach - 481mm on a full suss always felt a bit too much even with a 32mm stem.

These short seat tubes are great though - even at 5’9 I’m running a 180mm Oneup Post and there is 2-3” of lower post out of the frame so I think I could go to a longer drop probably.

184cm
490mm reach (Bird AM9 with 170mm fork)

Also, I think wingspan is at least as important as height when talking about reach. 195cm here

I’m not surprised since there is no consensus amongst my own bikes and I love them all.  Vive la différence!

One measurement in isolation is pretty meaningless.

Age of bike is a determiner too - anything over 4 years old is unlikely to be long in the reach (with a few niche exceptions) but many will be longer in the equivalent "size" now.

188cm
2016 XL full sus 475mm
2020 "long" HT 510mm

How are we measuring reach? Middle of seatpost to middle of stem or nose of saddle to closest edge of stem?

Daft question but I enjoy playing a game and want to make sure I'm not cheating!
