[Closed] Re-purposing a Ridgeback Genesis Day 01

Well, I did the Manchester to Blackpool bike ride and really enjoyed it!

Had a bit of a nightmare at the beginning. Forgot my water bottle and shoes! Had to ride on spd pedals for about 12 miles.

Luckily, the route goes right past my house and I managed to pull in and get the shoes and bottle!

Did the full distance without any rest stops and finished in 3 hours 53 minutes.

This was my first try at any sort of distance on the road and I loved it! Might even look for something more modern as I think I've caught the road bug now 🙂
