Hi guys,
Can someone recommend me some good fork oil and silicone grease to use in my RC40 XCAMs?
If anyone read my previous post about these forks - I've decided to replace the oil and re-prime the dampers before sending them off to Pace/Fork English for a service.

Any fork oil will do, just go on CRC and they're about £5 a bottle, yes its cheeper/bigger bottles from motorcycle places, but who needs a litre of oil when a pint will last a good couple of years of 6 monthly changes? I bought bottles of 2.5, 5, 10 and 15 so I'm prepared for any eventuality/fork.
I use Rock'n'Roll super slick in my magura menjas, its ace!
Get some stanchion lube as well, it keeps theings moving nicely and seems to lift the grit/dirt out of the seals.
