[Closed] Rapha Store London

The manager (I think) of this store (on Brewer St) deserves a virtual high five, so here it is

I had an issue over some missing records of returned items (I won't go into the details, story is too long) that I was exchanging, but he sorted it out no fuss despite the missing documents and got me a coffee from the cafe bit off the side while he was at it. I know a lot of people are critical of Rapha but this was the sort of service you hope for from any store and this guy made sure I was a happy customer.
