The Deore ring on my singlespeed is dead, it's heavily worn and sawtoothed. I've replaced the chain and was going to replace the ring for one that I've found doesn't fit. Will running the current one on the outer position but backwards give me any issues?
This is a temporary fix as I've got a steel one on order.
