Aye - I use them.
Excellent kit!
I commute in work clothes on a bike with full mudguards. They are relatively easy to put on (faff with straps but no need to take off shoes or stand on one leg) and keep me dry enough in torrential rain. I sometime end up with the outside of my lower legs wet, but that dries quickly enough. The only problem is you can feel a bit of an ijut walking round the shops in them.
If in doubt go up a size as having them long enough to cover the knees is important
