I noticed on the Ragley website they do an accident damage reduced price replacement. Has anyone had experience of this and the kind of things that count?
I bent my the mech hanger to such an extent that even bent back, there is still a slight twist in it and the gears have never properly worked since. Would love to get an pig X with the replaceable dropouts. I hear they're rust proofed now so don't rust from the inside out too 🙂

For the benefit of anyone searching on this in the future, the response I had from Ragley is that the crash replacement policy is no longer in place. Shame 🙁
