Anyone else had problems with the Ragley Spike?
I bought one last May from CRC. Where the seatpin and the head join it seems to have failed and now the head swivels in the pin.
I emailed both CRC and Ragley yesterday. Had a reply from CRC saying I need to go through Ragley but nothing from them. Not even an email acknowledging my contact.
What are Ragley like for warranty returns?

CRC can't pawn you off to Ragley like that either, your warranty's with them

Crc say the warranty is only 12 months with them. Just out of the 12 months ๐Ÿ™

Is there a +1 year warranty on a Ragley seatpost? If not you're unlikely to get much joy.

Yep, CRC = hotlines = ragley.

I have one that has a gap between the head and the shaft (s****), that i need to send back.

Interestingly when i had issues with my ragley frame brant (who was at ragley at the time) asked me to contact andy watson at CRC as I had bought it from CRC.
andy dot watson @ chainreactioncycles.com might be worth a punt.

Let us know how you get on.
