whats the general opinion on these units. online reviews are a bit hit and miss?
I've got a 2008 deus and it's great, not as good as my Thomson, but what is?
just slightly of track the one your after... i was going to get a thompson but then decided on a 'Ragley' seatpost (im very happy with it too ! also its etched with numbers, so makes it easier to set your exact/prefered height 😀

One thing I do like about the Race Face posts is the ease of adjustment for saddle position ... very good ..... but my evolve was too heavy, so got a Thomson Masterpiece .....
why do people rave about thompson posts and stems so much.shourly the only way a seat post can be made better is to make it lighter.whilst weight saving on any component is good, i cant see just adding thompson seat post transforming your ride experience??
Thomson is the BMW/Audi of the bike component world!
The Raceface Deus also weighs 50g less than a Thomson.
