Wife and I buying new car next week. Got better deal on insurance with another company so switched. Proof of no claims from them now seems to have evaporated into the ether. I need this as I have no claims in 8 years. Anyone managed to actually get this paperwork from them?

They only have the one I uploaded at the start of the policy. Nothing that includes this year.

Been Ok for me. Even my renewal only went up a couple of quid, so wasnt worth searching for cheaper this year.
