Can someone tell me if the 26mm stem here:

will fit these 25.4 mm handlebars:

It will most likely fit, worst case you may need a 'Coke can Shim' which would be fine as your using flat bars.
Only question is ,if its that stem from Planet X do you really want 135mm reach?
