surely the seller can just use a tape measure and relay the important numbers?

Looks like it's a large, 20" at the moment though..

Now need to Google to see if that's too big for my 6' tall, 32" leg frame....

I'd say you need the next size down but it might be ok depending what you want it for. I had the same size of the 2016 frame which looks to be very similar, at 6'2. They're not especially long bikes but the seat tube is quite high.
