I've seen a few with disk brakes, but are there any with hydraulics?

yes, you need a TRP or Hope converter thing - have a look on the Kinesis UK web site.

Formula are doing a Di2 compatible hydro lever that apparently Sven Nys will be racing next year and SRAM are bringing out a hydro system too.

how long before shimano offer hydro levers thoughout there range - from 105 - dura ace???
