Hi there, I'm thinking of buying one when I'm next in the UK and bringing it back in my luggage to save the postage to OZ (about £25 IIRC). So my questions are: will it fold up and fit into a v. large suitcase; if so, will I have room for anything else!? The price / performance ratio looks so much better than anything I've seen here.

I'm not sure you can fold it across its length as the "base" has some rigidity
I guess you could and then add to the base afterwards. It's very light, do they charge by size?

It comes in a box rolled up along its long side.

Same as Mudfish - I have one a couple of years old and I would say that you can't really fold it length ways as the base is likely to 'snap'.
