Not usually had a problem but as i am off on holiday on Wednesday and broke my shifter yesterday, and not having much chance of getting near a bike shop.
I though i would order with next day before 1pm, just to be sure.
So an order placed a 9am is still processing? should i be concerned?

Yes as they are having a few probs at the moment going off some of the posts here. Give them a ring is my advice.

I had read a few posts, but ringing at 6? post has gone anyway... Looks like i might have to pack the road bike and not the mtb.

No problems here order placed yesterday , had e-mail confirming despatched today , looks like they are back on track .
