Just got back from walking the dog on Lydeard Hill, it's flippin gorgeous, bone dry rock hard (frozen) trails nice and sunny.
Get up there quick before the weather changes.

Last Radiotheraphy session on Wednesday morning at 9, do you think Wednesday afternoon is too early for a very gentle ride? 🙂
