The Llyn Cowlyd loop or the route from Pont Cyfyng over to Dolwyddelan and back via Sarn Helen.

change your base to Dolgellau and then do Cadair Idris for natural on Sat then Coed y brenin on sunday?

How does Cadair Idris hold up in the wet? I'm down there this weekend but the weather looks pretty miserable and I had been considering doing Cadair Idris.

Edit: How long should be allowed to complete it?

Cowlyd and Crafnant is a lovely ride:

The bit along the shore of Cowlyd works in both directions. Some prefer the rest clockwise, I've only done it anti-clockwise. Can also be extended to incorporate some or all of the old Marin trail.

Yes, the Cowlyd and Crafnant loop is great, or just Crafnant with a bit of the marin trail.
