Aye, but just a minor issue..............I've no front wheel, ma borrowed one had to go back to it's owner and i need a hope bulb 20mm to QR convertor which cost some bunts(which i've got now) so, i'm off to ralphies in bit to pay for some stuff and see about borrowing one, unless you fancy lending me one, or a bicycle for a ride......

SP, yes, it's the small axle that slips into the 20mm hole, to convert the hub to take a qr fork.

Very kind of you if you really don't want owt for it.

YGM, well you did until it got bounced back....

does riding about on bikes qualify as 'actively seeking work' then? the authorities should be informed!

😉

Its like hommage to the Thatcher years, first we have the miners strike discussion, only calming down now after the BBC four program mid week and now we have the Norman Tebbit appreciation society on here, thats if your old enough to remember that infamous quote!!

One of us got a job offer mid ride.....
The other bought the local paper on the way to the trails....
If that's not activly seeking what is...

Oh and just the one pic today, and a very familiar sight........

As we approached the ford, Andy suggested that for the big group ride everyone should attempt the rooty climb out of the stream, as it'll be a good giggle watching people 'DIP' their toes in the wet stuff...so after my failed attempt and toe dip he approaches......i'm cursing my camera to start and miss the fail and very slow dismount to splosh!!!!!...gutted at not thinking ahead and setting the cam for multiple shots, but hey ho....

Hope his elbow isn't tooooo sore..
