Following a recent 'what socks' thread i ordered 4 pairs of the above from Ebay for £6.50 (£8.03 a pair at Rose Bikes).

They have arrived today and they look to be good quality. I am tempted to order another 4 pairs.

Just ordered 8 pairs for £8.99, thanks!

If your size is not in stock for 4 pairs, try checking the 8 pair deals.

I think that may be how the global financial crisis was triggered, On-One and their grossly over inflated sock prices. How bad does it have to be that we think £10 for 3 pairs of merino socks is expensive?

I ordered some of these as there wasn't stock in my size on the 4-pack deal - http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/251178216318?ssPageName=STRK:MEWNX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1439.l2649

Not got them yet though. They are a delightful shade of yellow.

Nice one! Hopefully will replace my Assos winter socks, which have holes in the toes from so much wear!

Good sizes left for kids.

Santa can be a bit dull and sensible in my house.

Got mine today. Look OK, nice and comfy, time will tell how well they last but they can't be any worse than smartwool socks and are a damn sight cheaper.

Seem pretty nice but the toe seam is under your toes which is a bit weird.

Don't let your wife tumble dry them. Mine are now somewhat smaller than when I got them 🙄

Mine have just arrived and they're great, I'm wearing them now - the best bargain I've had in a long time. In fact I'm off to buy another 4 pack for myself and a 4 pack for my wife as a Christmas present*! She'll be absolutely thrilled to unwrap these on the big day!!

*of course its not her only present - don't tell but she's getting a Breville sandwich toaster too!

Mine are here too - very comfy & warm but don't look, feel or smell like merino (or indeed any kind of wool). :-/

Stitching round the top of one of mine has come undone. Not sure whether it's worth complaining at just over a pound a pair.

Do we reckon they aren't genuine Ulvangs then?
