Bit short notice, but it might help someone.
Halifax police have recovered 17 stolen bikes from a property in Ovenden. The bikes and other stolen property can be viewed today at Halifax police station (Richmond Close, Halifax, West Yorkshire HX1 5TW) between 10am and 1pm. You'll need a crime ref number and proof of ownership. If nothing else it might help the local police nail the thieving gets 👿

Blazing saddles and Orange have been turned over fairly recently, so would be worth pointing them at this as well.
Wonder how honest working folk, the people who are probably victims of the stealing scroats, are expected to get to these viewings ?

If you have had a bike stolen ring up the station or 08456060606 and ask to speak to the officer in charge of your case, a crime number will help. You will be then able to arrange to come to the Police station at a convenient time to view the bikes, or remind him of yours and he can go and have a look if it is there. They wont get rid of recovered bikes for some time after recovery.
