Did anyone else get their despatch confirmation but the courier didn’t receive it from CRC?
Mine despatched 8 days ago according to CRC but Hermes website says they’re still waiting to receive it.
Have emailed CRC but no response yet.

I had same thing with sport pursuit recently,
In their case Post Office never received it, I reckon online lockdown boom = lots of temp staff = leaky security

Yea I had the same. Contacted crc and got given a refund. Lucky I didn't need the stem otherwise I would of been peed off with shipping notification but Hermes stating they were still awaiting the parcel.
Amazon stem arrived safely but back to £63 now. Should have bought some more for lockdown profiteering lol!

I had that same message with Hermes for something else this week from Wiggle. It arrived fine, but a couple of days late.
Mine arrived within a few days no problem at all. Bad that others didn’t.
O.K. fair play, I got an email last night saying that all was fine and that my stem was en route and, lo and behold, it just landed.
Not sure why MyHerpes didn't think they had it for a week but hey, all's well that ends well.
Got one of the amazon ones, love these stems, although it will probably sit around for a while now as i just bought a defy last week!
Mine actually arrived this morning, then about an hour later got a reply from CRC saying it was on its way just delayed.
Then tonight I got a “we’ve got your parcel” and “With your courier” emails from Hermes!
System glitch somewhere I guess.
