I've just learnt that the road over the Bealach will be closed during the day, Mon-Fri, for 6 weeks starting 9th April. This is so that fast broadband can be extended to the communities on the peninsula. The coast road will still be open, but that represents a log (and extremely hilly) detour for any cyclists.
If you've already booked accommodation assuming you have access then I'd re-appraise that immediately.
