Just posting in case someone searches for it, but don't bother trying the Minigaig high-level 'pass' (between Calvine and Speyside) as all evidence of a track has just disappeared and you'll be many-miles hike-a-bike.

The Gaick Lodge 'pass' though was stunning and fully rideable, although based on the number of fords, summer only.

I thought everyone went E from the pass high point (there is a 300m section before that where the path vanishes in a shallow valley after the steep bit)to pick up the path down to Feshie from point 912?
You continued straight on did you Bruce?

Yep, starts off as a brilliant descent and after about a mile just disappears...

So we went to Plan B and went across to Gaick and came back that way, original plan was to go over to Feshie and then east to Glen Tilt and back down there.

Next time I'll post first ๐Ÿ™‚
