I've never ordered from Freewheel however -

They come well packed, delviered by DPD (who are the best couriers by far) complete with cover note and sticky labels for free collect+ returns.

Thus - I'd just order a M and a L if your not sure and try them at home.

I'd say get the large Geomickb

After trying them on blind, I've decided to stick with that and I'm a 33in waist.

Actually haven't measured my waist for a good while, but I won't be more than a 34.

I’m a 34 waist and ordered a large going off the size guide and they’re spot on. Perhaps just a slight tightening up needed with the side velcro tabs but not much.

I think they’re good. Long as mentioned, but no bad thing for winter.

I ordered a small and a large and then a day later got a note a note to say they are refunding one of them.

Problem is they didn't say which.

So the ones that do turn up might not fit and then they will be sold out. Traumatic.

Thanks. They are generously sized, I'm XL in Endura and L in these was spot on.

Got the jacket too but that's going back - L right in the body but short arms, XL right in the arms but flappy elsewhere. The hood seems not quite big enough for a helmet too, but a bit too big for no helmet.

Ordered XL as normal, then an L after reading about the generous sizing.

L fits OK round waist, but rather snug

XL fits less snugly but could be tighter round the waist.

Might have another try tonight and decide which are going back

Mine arrived today (along with someone else's second pair of shorts rather than the jersey I ordered, all being sorted out though).

Nice shorts, as others have said a slightly strange fit as they're snug in the 'gussett' but okay everywhere else (not a humblebrag). But it's not bad enough that they're not worth keeping.

Large were too large. Hanging off my bony hips! Shame as they look a great autumn / winter short. Reckon I'll have to shell out for some more 'one season' Endura's 🙁

Small green were too small for my 32" waist, could just do them up... will send back free returns

The mediums black camo were cancelled by madison

Just ordered some blue mediums as still in stock

Whoo, a VERY snug fit in that area - a bit too snug for my liking, I'll be sending back! Shame, as they were great otherwise.

So at a 32-33 waist but thunder thighs and short 29" inseam legs, will L be too large?

Disappointingly I don't have a snug gussett  ¿

Thanks for the PSA - these are really well built. I the shaped knee sections - perfect for going over knee pads

My mediums turned up yesterday,  but I collected them today.  They fit ok, a little cosy (also no snug gussett!) but they are better than the large, which are slightly loose even with a bit of extra velcro for more tightness.

Still a bargain, and very happy to have inspired a few purchases!

Great service from Freewheel also!

Medium is a bit to snug for me, anyone with a large want to swap for a medium in olive/green?

I got the blue/black in medium, and they are too snug for my liking.

So, would anyone want to swap their blue/black in large for my blue/black in medium?

Thanks.

Anyone want to swap a pair of small green or medium blue for medium green or black?

I finally got back from a tour and tried my small Green ones - just a wee bit too small. They seem like great shorts though.
Have ordered some medium blue ones, but not my favourite colour...

Ta
