£600 for a [url= https://www.planetx.co.uk/i/q/CBPXKAFF2DBTIA/planet-x-kaffenback-2-shimano-tiagra-drop-bar-road-bike ]Kaffenback [/url]with full Tiagra build, BB7's and reasonable wheels seems like a bit of a bargain to me. Add in a set of [url= https://www.planetx.co.uk/i/q/FSSKSCHM/sks-chromoplastic-mudguards ]SKS Chromoplastic[/url] guards and you have a pretty damn good (albeit, a tad heavy) winter road bike/commuter for not mega bucks.
