When using play bear in mind it's now more like Ebay or Amazon where they are just a middleman, I've used play for years, in fact more years than I care to admit and have never had such bad service than in the last couple of months, slow postage and not turning up at all on several items.
When it ran by 'play' we never had an issue, once.
