Hmmmm. Do I want the Trailcross Mid Pro with the laces or the Freerider Pro Mid with the velcro?

I might go a size up and keep them specifically for use with waterproof socks.

Some bargains on there other than shoes. The Status 160 for £1600 really stands out!
I don't need it.. but want it.

Wow.

Do a little thought exercise and imagine they have sold out, how do you feel Cokie? Gutted or relieved?

If the former, you know what to do 😀

I own these "Freerider Pro Mid with the velcro",

really good at keeping the bits out of the top of the shoes, but they look weird if you wear shorts, super easy to put on.

but now I have just bought 3 cheap pairs

Obviously buy it and bully him into using it, like making them eat sprouts or do ballet because you never got to do it as a child it's the main benefit of being a parent.

That Canondale HT at 50% off before the 20% extra looks like a bargain too. If only I hadn’t spent all my money on tyres…!

The Status 160 for £1600 is really tempting I have to say, as a 'base' to swap all my fancy parts over maybe...!? Could be out riding a 160mm travel bike by the weekend!?

Right I'm indecisive so I've ordered both pairs of mid-tops. I've informed the Mrs that one pair is going back. Which may or may not happen.

I was looking at those thinking they'd be great as the next bike for my kids, but ST length is massive relative to other measurements, etc. Shame as that's a great price for the spec.

Edit: size small Cannondale has 35mm longer ST but 10mm SHORTER reach compared to mini-a11y's current Vitus Nucleus 26 kid's bike. Total no-go given I can only just squeeze in a 110mm dropper on the Vitus at the moment.

Couldn't previously justify buying some shiny white for one ride freerider pros but at 57 noyes delivered I'll happily get them off white after one ride

Well no, I've got a commuter.  The one I just ordered will have to do proper gravel duty. Screenshot_20230926_191751_Chrome

Does anyone know if its got routing for a stealth dropper?

The pink ones with the cartoon boobs were designed by Vero Sandler for  cancer awareness I think.

Exactly why I bought them. I know Tahnee has rocked them a few times too. I felt they were cool as well as a good cause/talking point.

https://www.adidas.com/us/five-ten-freerider-pro-canvas-bca-mountain-bike-shoes/GZ4705.html

Limited-edition breast cancer awareness graphics elevate the mountain bike shoes that set the standard for flat pedal control and casual comfort. The adidas Five Ten Freerider Pro supports everything you do on your bike and off. Designed in collaboration with freeride athlete Veronique (Vero) Sandler, this shoe tells the awareness story with unmistakable pink details. Just the right level of casual style makes them your go-to shoe on and off the bike. They have all the same features as the traditional Freerider Pro, including Stealth S1 rubber and a Dotty tread for pedal control, plus an improved impact-resistant toe box. Proceeds from the sale of these shoes support breast cancer awareness.

some bargains on the five tens, got some spare mid pro as my current pair 6m old aren't gonna last forever. :0)

looking on hukd, seem to be alot of complaints orders arent shipping smoothly, missing items or not shipped at all in over 2 weeks..

those impact pro's are damn cheap for the downhiller, or someone who wants to kick doors down.

tried a pair a few years ago and they weigh a metric tonne.

I'm out of touch on sizing. I've got some 6 year old EPS mids, 5 year old Freeriders, and 2 year old Freeriders, and 3 year old Freerider Pros, all 44.5.
Guessing current EPS Mids are similar sizing?
As I understand it the Trailctoss are a bit narrower?
Is it the Hellcats that are similar for to Freeriders?
So many bargain related questions 😀

Also worth mentioning that if anyone uses Topcashback you can get 3% cash back as well as the discounts. It's not much on some shoes but better than nothing!

between mon-sun in the week and  you get £5 amazon voucher.

Depends which model.

I'm a 9.5 in civvy shoes, but 10.5 in Freerider Pros.
