Michael, will I be getting a Paypal refund for the vouchers I bought ?
I think I may have confused your system because I bought something else for £12 at the same time, which has been delivered.
The delivery note shows the item at £12, less the £15 discount, so the invoice total is -£3. There's no mention of the gift vouchers.

My order number 7203450 still shows the gift vouchers as processing on an order total of £93, but I've got no refund showing on my Paypal account.

I've had an email from CRC offering me three options following the confusion I caused by getting more discount than the value of my order.
Considering it was sort of my fault for not reading the small print about how the UK15 discount can not be used to buy gift vouchers, I think they've made a reasonable offer.

I see my first post on this thread has been edited so it no longer makes sense as well. 😀

I see the 20% off xmas vouchers are back on the website. My original ones are still in 'processing'.

We managed to stop people being able to buy vouchers with vouchers, or use promo codes against vouchers so we are pleased to get this offer going again.

confused still. If I buy £100 of vouchers (for £80), and if I spend >£100 (on credit card) on something or other, can I use the £50 off next order and the £100 of vouchers to buy my next purchase?

Since you have to use the whole voucher in one go, and can use multiple vouchers per order, why would anyone ever buy e.g. a £20 voucher rather than two £10 vouchers?

All these codes must make those turner frames about £10

Bought a frame from CRC last week and added the £50 voucher code to my order - despite promise of "despatch" (surely it's just an e-mailed promo code?)within 48 hours still no response from CRC - has anyone had a £50 voucher yet?

How to lose customers and alienate people!

Norton, me too. Frame despatched a week ago, but I am still waiting for the £50 voucher. I have emailed CRC twice, both times they have said it is a problem with their system and I will have it soon... I just want the voucher so I can spend some more money with them and finish off building up the frame.

I got my £50 off £100 voucher today and also just received my £130 worth of post-Xmas vouchers - emailed by a lovely person called Madonna in CRC customer services.

So I'm a very happy customer, but even if they'd cancelled my order I wouldn't have got angry about it. We all make mistakes.

Yup the vouchers I ordered with some parts arrived for me too, those that I ordered on their own didn't though.

Got my vouchers by email today but no £50 off code but I still dont know if I'm going to get this code or not. Can those people who received a £50 off voucher confirm that they got it through ordering £100 + worth of vouchers.

You wont get the £50 off voucher, as you can't use that code when buying vouchers (even though you could at the time you did).

Simples, see?

I've got a £10 off £75 voucher code that works when I put £100 worth of vouchers in, so £70 spend for £100 vouchers. Is it supposed to?

😕
