I'm really tempted to order the new XTR groupset, with this and the Egg10 codes it knocks it down to just under £500 which I didn't think was too bad.
On top of that you should be able to get a couple of % extra by going through Quidco.

Except they haven't got stock of the new xtr yet....

I still have to sort out a second set of forks for my commuter too, short travel (under 100mm) or rigid forks with QR axle 190mm steerer again 26" wheel hence 'cheap'
