Just picked up a High Vis back pack cover for a whopping £3 at Eastlands ASDA. Trafford Park have them too. Smaller branches don't.

Dunno. It isn't raining at my desk.
Packagaing says Water Resistant. The speed that I move at only the front of me gets wet 😉
