The high 5 gels are £1 each most places and you get 28 for a £10 plus all the other stuff
I've had 2 boxes previously and they are full size gels the expiry date on mine was August this year

hi-5 is rank imo.

Its where i always get my energy stuff from now. I even got a bar, and three individual packed zero tabs extra in my latest pack.
