Just popped into B+Q to get some lightbulbs. Not normally my choice as I think they are expensive but I just bought a Bosch PSB 18v Li-Ion cordless drill/driver with 2 batteries for £90. Today is the last day it's going to be this price, or so it says.
Anyway, checked on t'interweb and the cheapest I can find it at an online retailer is £155 or £130 on ebay, BUT that's only with 1 battery which costs £40 on it's own.
I've used a PSB 12v drill for years in my house so this'll be much better and it has the better battery technology, Well worth it IMHO

That's 1/3 of the price of some used Lyriks! 😉

Yeah, but try screwing into wood with a pair of Lyrics. It just makes a mess of the adjusters.
My current cordless drill has given up the ghost after 9 years so I had to buy a new one. It's part of the new kitchen budget anyway and does not impact on the new forks savings plan. 😀
