Lol at the angle grinder comment! Because guess what I had to do two weeks ago?!
My advice for anyone buying e13 cranks: make sure you get them from a UK shop with good warranty support. Because then when the 2 laps of thread pull out of the arm, the warranty process to get the new version with the built in extractor will be so much easier.
