Looks like they're having a spring clean of their warehouse.

Aye, but how much of what they're selling do they actually have in stock?

Deore 2x10 chainset for £35. Not bad that. Assuming it comes with BB as well.

Dura Ace BB on the commuter is probably overkill.

It's Ultegra shifting but not chainset brakes or wheels. I'm still quite tempted though - fancy an upgrade from my Kaffenback.

That's saved me £163 on two pairs of Sidi shoes, and the joy of hearing my wife saying "you'd be silly not to buy both pairs if they're that price".

I am a happy man.

Looking at buying a 456 Evo 2 bundle for my son as he's now too tall for his medium Genesis frame. I rekon it's not too bad a price! Or am I being sucked in?!?

Something not right though - go to choose the smoothie headset listed at £14.99(bearings are crap but at this price the saving will buy lots of grease)
When you click in to it it changes back to full list at £39.99

Every time I get these emails, the things I might be interested in , are basically never in stock, to the point, its just a pointless exercise in looking anymore. Also prices are the same as usual. Just a ploy to make you spend. I was previously looking at saddles... nope , unless you want a garish colour...... carbon road wheels........ nope, none in clincher......so I bought from somewhere else in the end.

if they're merino I hope you have toddlers in your household, who can use em after you've washed em (on a 30C wool wash 🙄 )

Lots of prices that have been the same or lower, lots of tat, a couple of genuine bargains. Same old same old.

Mine have been fine, and they've been slung in with the rest of the socks at 40.

The LS base layer on the other hand is falling apart and full of holes after just a few washes, miffed but it's a base layer so not the end of the world.

I've probably 12 pairs of socks and they are still fine. The base layers, however, got a load of holes in after only a wash. Utter shite

I've got an old pair or thin merinos which have been fine, we bought 2 3-packs of the new merino thinnies and they have all shrunk after 1 wash.

Conversely we still have some of the old cheap-and-cheerful merino base layers from a couple of years ago that are going strong and get worn regularly.

And my current basket of "tat" is sitting at >£700... 😀

£150 for a set of 26" Rebas (tapered) is a pretty decent price.

Went for some El Guapo (of Three Amigos fame 🙂 ) pedals and a saddle. Saddle was the same discount as it has been for months but I've been intending to buy it for a few weeks and it tipped me into free postage.

Two for one Geax tyres was tempting but the offer kept being removed before actually paying. Always have to be careful you get the price you were expecting.

+1

My winter socks of choice have become Summer trainer-socks style for the summer. The road KOM ones are fine, must have a deal with Strava I guess.

aquapro jackets. White only. Don't stay white. cheapish. I'm a skinny 6ft bugger running a large - it's tight.

Tempted by an inbred bundle for the same price as an inbred frame-only, am sure my wife/daughter needs a bike to fit the alfine rear wheel I've been saving.

Just pushed the button on a 456 evo 2 bundle for my boy! Chose the El Guapo flat bars for my 29er!

I pushed the button on the XX1 cranks yesterday - £136 (168mm Q-factor) is pretty damn good.

GXP bottom bracket from Wiggle & a Works Components direct mount ring means full chainset for just shy of £200!

(fingers crossed the cranks are GXP and not BB30 type)

Part of the fun is that you never really know what you are getting until you open the box. I ordered some Middleburn Duo cranks from Planet-X a couple of years ago expecting the old three arm spider but received 104bcd four arm jobs. Bonus 🙂

Ordered Evo 2 frame bundle Thursday and it arrived Friday. Well done On One! New bike build awaits!

I worked out that the value of free finishing kit in the bundle is c.£70 depending on your choices. Taking the inbred for example and given that the frame only used to be sold for between £80 and £130 from what I can see on the web, the bundle does not seem great value. It's a shame they didn't reduce the price if you just want to buy the frame, hopefully this move will be next.
